THE MOURATOGLOU METHOD

Train like
a pro.

The programme is dedicated to one thing: sporting progress. Coaches work on the fundamentals of the game and on tactical understanding, adapting the volume of 10 to 15 hours a week to each player’s age and level.

BEYOND THE COURT

Body and mind,
trained together.

Tennis is only one part of the plan. Athletic preparation and individual mental coaching are built into the week, so every student grows stronger, faster and more resilient.

PHYSICAL CONDITIONING

A body built for tennis.

Fitness trainers design sessions around the specific demands of the game: power, stability, endurance and speed.

  • Strength for legs, trunk and arms, for power and stability.
  • Mobility and flexibility routines that reduce the risk of injury.
  • Aerobic and anaerobic endurance work.
  • Plyometrics and sprints for faster reactions on court.

MENTAL COACHING

A mind that holds under pressure.

Individual sessions with a mental coach help each player understand how they compete and how to stay composed when it matters.

  • Stress management before and during matches.
  • Focus under competitive pressure.
  • Self-confidence, built session after session.
  • Resilience after setbacks and defeats.

COMPETITION & MONITORING

Compete. Measure.
Adjust.

Match experience is where training is tested. Every tournament feeds back into the programme through regular, shared reviews.
