LEVEL 1 · BEGINNERS
New
to Tennis.
For young beginners and first-time players. Sessions introduce the fundamentals of tennis, hand-eye coordination and basic footwork, with an emphasis on fun, confidence and gradual progress.
The ROGY system (red, orange, green and yellow balls) adapts court size, racquet size and ball speed to each child’s age and stage, so they enjoy success from the very start.

LEVEL 2 · DEVELOPMENT
Junior
Development.
For players with some experience who are ready to refine their technique, improve their tactical awareness and build their physical conditioning.
Repetition, match-play scenarios, longer rallies and targeted drills keep progress consistent, while players discover their own playing style in a balanced, enjoyable setting.

LEVEL 3 · COMPETITIVE PLAYERS

For high-potential, competitive players aiming for regional, national or international tournaments. Each session is tailored to the player’s goals: advanced technique, strategy, physical conditioning and mental resilience.

Levels, ages and how to get started.
Which junior programs are available?
Three structured programs: New to Tennis, Junior Development and Junior Performance, from beginner fundamentals to competitive training, all year round and outdoors.
Which ages can join?
Children and teenagers aged 5 to 17. Players are placed in the right group after an individual assessment that looks at both age and playing level.
What is the ROGY method used in New to Tennis?
ROGY stands for red, orange, green and yellow balls. It adapts court size, racquet size and ball speed to the child’s age and development, to build confidence and coordination from the start.
How does the evaluation work?
Every new player starts with a one-on-one 30-minute assessment with a certified Mouratoglou coach, to define their starting point and a progression plan that fits their goals, level and commitment.
What makes Junior Development different?
It is designed for players who already have the basics: longer rallies, technical drills and mental focus work help them build consistency and discover their own playing style.
