From first-time learners to competitive juniors, every child follows a structured tennis journey tailored to their age, level and ambition, on the Har-Tru clay courts of The Ritz-Carlton Naples, Tiburón.
All junior programs run as a 36-week commitment, from August 31 to May 28. Walk-ins are accepted based on availability. Thanksgiving, Christmas and New Year weeks are blackout weeks, not included in the 36 weeks.
THE PATHWAY
Three levels. One direction.
Coaches assess progress regularly and recommend the move to the next level when the player is ready.
Level 1 · Beginners
New to Tennis
One-on-one training on the fundamentals. A 30-minute evaluation with a certified coach sets a custom plan; after about 20 sessions, players move into Junior Development.
Training built around each player’s goals, including JV and Varsity high school tennis, USTA Level 7 events and UTR match play. Players progress into Junior Performance.
A competitive structure for players at national tournament level, aiming for high-level and collegiate tennis, with regular performance feedback and goal setting.

No experience is needed to join. Every player begins with a one-on-one evaluation with a certified Mouratoglou coach, who places them in the program that best fits their level.
ROGY progression for beginners, with age-appropriate equipment
A proven coaching framework that blends technical precision, mental sharpness and tactical awareness. Progress starts when players learn to play to their strengths, with purpose.

What is the minimum age?
Children can join from age 6. New to Tennis is designed for beginners, using age-appropriate equipment and the ROGY method.
What are the differences between the three programs?
New to Tennis introduces the game through the ROGY progression. Junior Development suits players with some experience, focused on technique, rallying and match play. Junior Performance is for committed juniors competing in tournaments, with physical conditioning and strategic coaching.
Does my child need experience?
No. New to Tennis requires no prior experience, and every player starts with a one-on-one evaluation.
How often are the sessions?
New to Tennis: flexible, Monday to Sunday, with 2 sessions per week recommended. Junior Development: 6–8 hours per week over 2 to 4 sessions depending on the group. Junior Performance: 10–12 hours per week, Monday to Friday, with UTR Match Play on Fridays.
When does the season run?
A 36-week program from August 31 to May 28, excluding Thanksgiving, Christmas and New Year weeks. Walk-ins are accepted based on availability.
Can my child move up a level?
Yes. Coaches regularly assess development and recommend the next level when the player is ready.
