The Mouratoglou Academy’s intensive adult camp, the Performance Camp Adult, is 5 full days from Monday to Friday: 3 hours of tennis a day (4 in summer), physical training, one tactical session, one mental session and lunch. It is open to all levels from age 18, in groups of up to 4 players per coach, in Biot near Nice and Cannes.
High-intensity training and good times shared on the Academy courts.
Who is the intensive camp for?
The intensive camp is for adult players who want a real week of immersion rather than a few lessons: to improve technically, but also to understand their game and use it better in matches. It is open to all levels, from age 18: the intensity comes from the training volume and the coherence of the programme, not from the level required.
When you book, three questions place your level (year you started, hours of tennis per week, matches per year), together with your national or UTR ranking if you have one. Groups are confirmed after the first-day assessment, with a maximum of 4 players per court and per coach.
The week’s programme
The Performance Camp Adult links the four dimensions of the Mouratoglou methodology: technique, fitness, tactics and mindset. In the morning, you work on your technique and physical training with players of your level. In the afternoon, you learn to apply it in match situations: making the right choices, building points around your strengths and gaining confidence.
3 hours of tennis a day, 4 in summer, split into 2 group sessions.
5 physical training sessions during the week.
1 tactical session and 1 mental session.
Lunch included every day at the campus cafeteria.
Individual Game Report at the end of the camp.

Late afternoons are yours: the spa and pool at the hotel, or exploring the Côte d’Azur between Antibes, Nice and Cannes.
Intensive, mornings or weekend: comparing the adult camps
The Mouratoglou Academy runs four adult camps. The intensive format is the only one that combines a whole week of full days with a tactical and a mental session.
At the end of the week, your Game Report brings together your coaches’ observations: your playing style, your strengths and your technical, tactical and mental areas for progress. The aim is to leave with a clear picture of the player you are and the one you want to become, and to know what to work on back at your club.
To go further, the Analytics Pack adds multi-angle video analysis of your strokes with personalised feedback from your coach.
Options, recovery and accommodation
Several options can be added when you book. Individual coaching (5 hours) adds one hour of one-to-one technical and tactical work every morning (7–8am, 7:15–8:15am in summer), and a 6–7pm version is also available. The Mental Boost includes 3 sessions: profile analysis, on-court observation and debriefing. For recovery, the sports medical centre offers packages with pressotherapy, recovery baths, cryotherapy and massage.

How many hours of tennis per day on the intensive adult camp?
3 hours of tennis a day, split into 2 group sessions, and 4 hours in summer. On top of that come physical training (5 sessions during the week), one tactical session and one mental session.
Is the intensive camp too demanding for a player over 50?
The camp is open to all adults from 18, with no upper age limit, and groups are formed by level. If you prefer a lighter volume, the Player Camp Adult offers 1.5 hours of tennis a day over 5 mornings. Recovery packages (baths, cryotherapy, massage) can also be added.
What is in the end-of-camp Game Report?
The Game Report gathers your coaches’ observations: your playing style, your strengths and your technical, tactical and mental areas for progress, so you can keep improving after the camp.
Can I add private lessons to the intensive camp?
Yes. The 5-hour individual coaching adds one hour of one-to-one work a day, early morning or 6–7pm depending on the option; a 3-hour pack is also available. These options are chosen when you book.
Which recovery options are available?
The campus sports medical centre offers a recovery pack (2 pressotherapy sessions and 2 baths), a recovery and performance pack (with cryotherapy and a 20-minute massage), a 4-bath pack and a 4-session cryotherapy pack. The hotel spa also offers massages.
When do the intensive adult camps take place?
All year round, Monday to Friday. The next open weeks appear on the camp card; prices are dynamic and rise as dates approach, so booking early is recommended.
