Are there adult tennis classes for all levels?

Yes. The center offers adult classes for beginner, intermediate and advanced players at the Centro Panamericano de Tenis, one of the most iconic venues in Latin America.

Can I join with no experience?

Yes. The program is ideal if you have never held a racquet or are returning after a long break. Coaches focus on technique, footwork and confidence in supportive, small-group sessions.

How does the program help me improve?

Sessions include technical drills, point play, physical training and personalized feedback adapted to your level and goals, following a methodology used by some of the world’s best athletes.

Can I play before or after work?

Yes. Morning sessions run from 7:00 to 10:00 AM and evening sessions from 7:00 to 8:30 PM, Monday to Friday (no evening session on Fridays).

Is the program competitive or social?
