Can you really train your mindset?
Yes: confidence, focus and emotional control can be trained like a stroke, with routines and regular exercises. See our mental preparation guide.
What physical training does tennis need?
A mix of aerobic fitness, speed, coordination and strength work, adapted to age and level, always with good recovery.
How does the Mouratoglou Method link fitness and mindset?
The Mouratoglou Method looks at the player as a whole: a tired player makes poorer decisions, a stressed player moves worse. Physical and mental work are therefore planned together, according to each player’s profile. To start, learn to know yourself as a player and to improve your coordination.
Where can I work on fitness and mindset with specialists?
At the Mouratoglou Academy on the French Riviera (Biot, near Nice), camps combine tennis sessions, physical training and mental work. The Sports Medical Center also supports injury prevention and return to play. As a first step, explore our tennis camps.
